About the Council

Who We Are

A Legacy of Legal Excellence

Founded in 1986, the Real Estate Council of Martin County is a professional organization dedicated to advancing the practice of real estate law in Florida’s Treasure Coast. We bring together attorneys, title professionals, and allied industry partners to foster collaboration, education, and excellence.
For nearly four decades, our members have shaped the legal landscape of Martin County’s real estate market — protecting buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors through rigorous professional standards and ongoing education.

Our Mission

“To promote the highest standards of professional practice in real estate law, foster fellowship among members, and serve the communities of Martin County through education, advocacy, and ethical leadership.”
